Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Farang Food Finder (the "Service"), provided by Anders Jakobsson ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Farang Food Finder helps you find imported food and groceries available in Thailand. We list third-party shops and products. We are not affiliated with the brands or retailers shown. Availability and prices change without notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may close your account at any time by emailing jakobssonandersasse@gmail.com.
3. Premium unlock — one-time payment
The premium unlock costs ฿150 one time. After payment, premium features are permanently enabled on your account. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Premium features include unlimited searches, hidden expat shops, advanced filtering, the ability to save favorites, premium recommendations, and free access to future updates.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe calculates any applicable taxes at checkout.
4. Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have not made substantial use of the premium features. We will also refund you if:
- You were charged twice for the same account.
- The premium features fail to activate within 24 hours of payment.
To request a refund, email jakobssonandersasse@gmail.com with your account email and the payment reference shown on your receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in and to the Service — including the software, database, listings, branding, logos and content created by us — remain the exclusive property of Anders Jakobsson. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service.
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, scrape data at scale, share your account, or use the Service in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Content & accuracy
We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a particular product will be in stock at a particular shop on a particular day. Always confirm with the shop before travelling far for a specific item.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
